AMF Tiller carb/throttle linkage issues

Hi there, I'm in the process of tuning up an AMF 3.5hp tiller for my garden and it's been sitting for 3 or 4 years. I've already replaced the spark plug and muffler and greased the tines. When I took the gas tank off to empty and clean it along with the throttle I took off some of the linkage posts and now I can't figure out how they went back on or find a manual that can show me. Here are some pictures.

I'd add photos of the linkages too so someone can figure it out. All I see is a carb.

I have a similar setup on a pressure washer. The throttle will be open when the engine is off. When the engine is run the governor holds the engine at the correct RPM either at mid speed or high speed.
