B bertsmobile1 Lawn Royalty May 9, 2023 #2 If it has the strair shaft then ther is a bevel gear in there that will generate a lot of heat in use . There is a bolt down the elbow a bit to add 00 grade grease but do not add too much, just a little squeeze once a year will be fine .
