Hi guys,

I'm Daniel, an italian mechanical engineer. I'm trying to create a DIY Robot Mower. I'm not sure if this is the right place but I think could be a good starting point.

This is my project web site
Daniel Quattrin Project overview: Robot mower

Is still under construction and I will add new photo soon.

Take a look and feel free to tell me your suggestion and opinion

Thanks guys.

daniel, welcome. The administrators should perhaps move your inquiry to the build it yourself forum. Unless you want to tell us how air cooled engines overheat.

What I will to do is somenthing like: only one first round on the field border and then it will autonomously fill all the internal space. This is the first step to declare it quite complete. In addition to this I will add area division and after this add autonoumos changing multiple tools, that is the real goal of the project.

Here one image for complete the thread
