Was mowing the lawn, turned blades off and put the brake on. Got off the tractor to get something out of the way, then you got back on release the break and now the tractor doesn't go back or forward. Starts fine, but nothing happens when you hit forward or reverse. Blades engaged or not.
I guess a common reason is the key that locks the tire falls out during a tire change. I didn't remove a tire, but decided to check. Key still there.
The only other two things I can think of, and I haven't gotten a chance to disassemble and look at it, is either the drive belt fell off in the back (looks fine in the front) or the transmission. Anyone have any other thoughts? The reason I'm posting now is this way I can have a couple of ideas on what to look for tomorrow when I get a chance to dig a little deeper. Thanks in advance
