Ok guys. Thanks so much for the info. I took the entire carb off and took it all apart. Took out the main jet, emulsion tube, idle mixture screw, float bowl, float and needle valve. I cleaned everything and blew it out with compressed air. I used carb cleaner and it looks great. I replaced the spark plug also and new FF. I forgot to mention that before I could see gas pool in the intake with the air filter off. I put it back together and sure enough gas pooled in there. I am guessing the needle valve it letting too much gas in either b/c the float isn't adjusted correctly or the little circlip isn't on correct. Unfortunately I don't know the proper float settings or which direction that little clip should be pointed. Does it sound like a float issue to you guys? I checked the float also. I submerged it in gasoline and it is fine. No leaks. Needle valve is in perfect shape and slides easily. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I put the idle mixture screw (by the emulsion tube) set to 1.5 turns back from all the way in. Thanks so much.
