Have a 6127 I am working on. Wife was mowing one day and the mower PTO just shut off while running. I though maybe the PTO or seat safety switch. Put a new switch and still have the same issue. Went to jump the seat safety switch and nothing changed. Got my volt meter out and tested the wires. Neither of the wires going to the seat safety switch have current. When I test the fuse for the blades I get 13 volts to the fuse until the PTO is engaged at which point it goes to zero. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Think there is a wiring diagram in the back of the operators manual. Something like this. Not the most intuitive drawing, but it might help you trace back from the PTO switch.

Now I am confused
You say the 7,5A clutch fuse shows 13V with the PTO switch off and goes to 0 V when the PTO switch is turned on ?
This indicates that the supply to the 7.5A fuse is bad or the clutch coil is dead short
Pull the pto plug & measure what you get there

Note the seat switch must be closed so pull the plug and short it with a length of wire.
The seat switch is generally a ground wire which is used to control relays
