54" ZT Elite leaves strip of uncut grass every other pass

I have a 2020 ZT Elite with a 54" deck I bought this spring. I love this mower except it leaves a strip of uncut grass every other pass when I am striping, it comes from the left side of the deck. I make 2 passes around the perimeter of my yard (going the same direction) and it cuts fine overlapping on the left side. I installed a brand new set of blades and cleaned under the deck but that didn't seem to help. I've tried different speeds and different overlap distances. The discharge side cuts fine when overlapping previous pass, the left side does not. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!

Does the uncut strip line up with the front caster wheel? Where are you located? I've been through this recently and may be able to offer info depending on the answers.

I just checked air pressure, all 4 tires were between 9 & 10 psi.
Rear tire pressure should be between 10psi and 12psi.
Front tire pressure should be between 12psi and 15psi.
Try 10psi in the rear and 12psi in the front.
Now, level and pitch your deck according to the operators manual.
The deck gage wheels should not support the mower deck.
Mow at full throttle.

The owners manual calls for 12psi in each tire. I've been mowing every 3-4 days with my mower deck at 3-1/2 inches. I take about 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 of grass off. I did mow last weekend when the grass wasn't as tall and it seemed to do a better job. I figured it just wasn't as noticable beings the grass was a little shorter. I am located in Mid Michigan. I run the high lift fusion blades and I do mow with the engine at full throttle. I try not to run over the uncut grass with the front caster, I try to keep the front tire just inside of uncut edge. It is really bizarre this only occurs every other pass and on the left side of mower when striping. The discharge side overlaps just fine. Thanks for all of the input!
