I've been trying to contact someone at this company for 3 weeks!!! I've called and emailed multiple times. Does anyone on this forum know this company? if they are not calling me back about a sale what kind of after sale support do they offer?

If they are not calling you back now, the after-sale support might not be good, but people seem to like their products. I would definitely do more research or find out a way to talk to them before buying.
