I just now figured ou the briggs 491588s is the same as the honda17211-zL8-000,except 1/4 of aninchshorter on honda,anybody want to tell me if honda has better filtering than briggs?

IDK, but I trust Honda engines. They are very reliable and always start on the first pull.

as far as i can tell its the same filter just the honda one comes with a higher price and a different color rubber seal been using the B&S ones for years on honda and B&S
