Strange yopu should been to tighten down the adjustment until the disc brake locked without any brake pedal pressure.

You got both spacer rectangles in place too? Also verify the pads are .280".

Will double check all this.
I know the pins were seized, and the whole thing was rusted badly.
Will verify everything. Thank you.

Yes tend rust and corrode pretty bad at times. I usually ream out the pins two mounting with a 5/16 reamer and apply a little anti-seize compound.If the pins are fairly rusted I just replace them.
