2cyl wheed whip seized

So my buddy drops off a weed whip and says. I thought the gas had too much oil in it so I dumped it out and ran strait gas in it. It ran five min then shut down and now won't pull over.
I told him I put some stuff down the spark plug hole and try free it up.
Anyone have any suggestions what to put in it? I haven't looked at it yet.

You ran straight gas in a 2 cycle engine ( gas oil mix ) ..... You have ruined the motor .

Even if you get it to pull over, it will lose compression and blow smoke. Send her to the parts pile. Costs too much ro rebuild one these days.

I did not do this! My friend did. It's his trimmer. He just asked if I could fix it.

So today I removed the spark-plug and sprayed some penetrating fluid In the hole. Let it sit about five min and it freed up. Took off the air filter sprayed some carb cleaner in and put fresh mixed gas in the tank. Primed it and after about 15 pulls it fired up. Smoked a bit at first but then cleared up. Think it was burning off the penetrating fluid. Ran it for a while and it did pretty good. Could prob use a thorough carb cleaning but Told my friend to run fresh mixed gas in it and run it and if it got too bad I'd tear the carb apart. I gave him a loner for past couple weeks and he was going to buy a new one. He was stoked he didnt have to.
