Thanks for all the replies. I will be out of town for the next few days. When I get back I'll get pictures of the plugs and post.

Pull your plugs out .
Do not mix them up and pop a photo on the forum of the right & left plug with a note which one had the leaking oil

Please see attached for plug picture. Left plug, driverside of mower, right side, passenger of mower. Note the left side is a lot darker and on the opposite side of the value cover that is leaking. Both plugs smelleso of gas.

Being this is a guessing game, with the engine at idle and a combustible fluid, check the intake manifold for a leak on that fouled plug cylinder.

I have no clue how to do that. Please advise?
