Hi all,
have a three year old Toro recycler personal pace mower that suddenly will not start either by key or pull cord. Could someone tell me how to troubleshoot this issue? Fresh gas, oil is good, spark is good...ran yesterday for an hour and then quit.(B and S 6.75 190 cc engine)
