Thank you and I apologize for not asking this in the same post, but how would you say it compares to a Kohler 7000 and a Kawasaki FR?

The Kohler 7000 has the hydraulic lifters which means no pesky valve adjustment issues. The Kawasaki FR has solid tappets and will require valve adjustment maintenance from time to time.
Both are great engines as long as consistently good fuel is used the oil is changed as required. (No! synthetic oil does not mean you can put off oil changes, so keep that in mind.)
Cost wise, Kawasaki engines cost more, and dealers are charging a "premium price" for the Kawasaki equipped models based on past reputation.
