2023 rambler 42 muffler

Has anyone replaced the muffler on a 2023 rambler with the 19 hp briggs motor with a better muffler ? I noticed that if i hop off the mower and leave it running to open a gate that it leaves a yellow spot in the grass from the exhaust blowing on it

That year came with two different engines. A Briggs and a Kohler. You have the Briggs single with a muffler that use a diverter which is probably diverting downward through engine deck as compared to the Kohler twin uses a muffler that discharges to the side.

Someone may be able fabricate a secondary diverter for the mower as most mufflers are provide the equipment provider and not the engine provide and BB is using the one the Briggs supplies for the 33S877-0022-G1 rider engine.
