2016 xt1 50" trans belt

Hello all.
Have a trans belt that keeps popping off. This is the second belt doing this, the belt don't seem tight. Springs connected, new pulleys and adjusting arm is all the way out.
Any ideas.

I have and did. Even bought a Kevlar belt, said 5xs better then original at stretching. Taking it apart again, something may be bent I didn't catch. Lot of hard hours on this. But being the tranny and not deck belt shouldn't have nothing bent.
 
Have you replace the v-idler if plastic composite?

Also where the belt coming off at?

New flat and v pulley. Comes off at crank pulley even with the guards tight against it, cuts the belt then pops it off. The belt being loose vibrates pretty bad. Engine mounts are tight also. Last time it happened I hit the brake, ofcouce it loosened the belt even more then pop.
 
Hopefully someone can up with some other ideas as from here I would it in my for to put my hands on it to try to figure out what in heck is wrong.

I wish you good luck finding the problem. IF do please post what it was so we have in our thoughts later if any of us comes across the same problem.
