Good afternoon everyone,

I’ve got a Raptor SD from 2014 and I JUST started losing belts. I’ve replaced all the brackets twice over the last 12 years. I changed the tensioner pulley spring this afternoon and am having the same trouble with the drive belt coming off. I don’t have the upgraded cross member but, it’s not damaged either. All the pulley groves are clear of debris. The fans “look” to be in ok shape (I understand they can still be damaged) and I’ve got two more on the way. I tightened the tensioner arm about a half a turn and it’s more snug than it was. Anyone have any suggestions as to what else may be causing my problem?

usually help if we have the actual model number.

I do know there is two different engine pulleys and idler spacer and throw the belt out of alignment. So the model number would to see which setup you have.

And new upgrade bracket with lower the transaxles on some models thus the belt alignment problem.

As for the fan they do heat set curled up into the belt path.

Cool. The model number is 932558 and I know they could get deformed. But, the fans rotate with the pulley/belt. I put a wrench on all the hardware. Everything is tight. No cracks in the brackets. The geometry for the pulleys looks correct by eyeballing it. This sucks.
