I have a 2011 Cub Cadet Z-Force 48" deck, model # 17BF3AGV010 SN1E311Z200067 with Kohler engine. I can't seem to find any type diagram of the belt routing for the PTO belt from the engine to the deck drive pully. Everything I look up shows the drive belt and deck belt as one. Mine has a deck belt and a separate belt to drive the deck. Anyone know where I can find the correct routing? The routing I'm using, the belt won't fit. Yes, it's the correct belt and length, 79 3/4" x 5/8", CC part # 01009787. Don't know if I'm just getting weak or forgetful but I can't pull the tensioner back far enough to get it on the way I think it should go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be a diagram label on the top left front side of the deck (As seated on the machine)

Cub Cadet.com should have the manuals for this machine. (They are free the last time I checked)

I have a similar machine except it has a B&S engine. I just got finished earlier in the season rebuilding my deck and replacing the drive belt & tensioner idler pulley. These are well built but can be a little difficult to work on.

They are entry level commercial units.

My factory manual and everyone I've downloaded to check, shows deck belt routing but not the PTO routing. The link sgkent gave, did have a manual for a 2010 model, but not for a 48". It did have PTO routing for the 50" and I recognized it the same as mine. Got it on with no problem. I guess laying on the ground sideways and things look different lol. I also found the routing diagram on the deck, but it was for the deck belt, and not the PTO. Thanks everyone. Now finding the time to finish mowing between the grass drying out and the temp getting near 100 here in west TN.

Bought mine new in 2011 and have 544 hours on it and mow about 1 1/2 acres each mowing. Two belt changes is all I've ever had to do. Regular maintenance and greasing and cleaning and it's been a good one. Time is adjust valves but it's been a great mower.

Deck drive belt should come off the left side of the center spindle pulley, go to the right of the flat pulley behind the center spindle and to the left of the V pulley at the rear of the deck.. then back to the PTO engine pulley and back to the right side of the center spindle pulley

I learned when I did my Z-Force 48" deck belts that the PTO belt can easily fit on the wrong side of the deck idler and tensioner. The belt slips and the blades do not get up to speed properly, especially when trying to cut grass.

I'm not having problems with the deck belt, it's been changed before with no problem. It's the belt from the PTO to the deck drive. I've since found it and installed it. Works great.
