Thanks in advance for your help. I have a 2010 Dixie Chopper 3060hp with the Kohler 30hp. I will try to attach a picture of the tags of each. I bought the mower new in 2011 and it had been great. I used the mower earlier this week and everything has been working well. This morning I went out to mow and when I turned the key nothing. No click, no fan, no voltmeter. Like the switch is not working. I checked and cleaned the battery terminals and ground. The battery has 12.4v and doesn't fluctuate when the key is turned on or to the crank position. The main fuse is good and has 12v in and out. The positive wire to the starter is good and goes from there, through the fuse into the wiring harness. I pulled the ignition switch and have power to it. In the off position I have continuity between the Black an White. In the run position I have it between red and purple. In the crank I have it between Red and both Blue and Purple. I traced the wires back to the starter and everything looks good. I found a wiring diagram but don't know where to go next.

Charge the battery , 12.4 is basically stone dead . 2 amps or less 12 hours and see what you have then . Right off the charger it should be about 13-13.2 a 1/2 hour later should be 12.8-13.2 .If you can have it load tested .most auto parts stores can do this for you .

Thanks for the suggestion. I think I have it squared away. Following the wiring back, then I squeezed this harness together it arced and the cooling fan came on. I took the harness apart, cleaned up all the contacts and put some dielectric grease on it. It started right up and seems to good.
