:thumbdown::thumbd The deck has a timing belt which is easily knock out of time causing the blades to hit. Is there any replacement deck or any other solution that could correct this problem?

Cub has a fix for this go see a dealer.

You can put a newer deck on that does not have the no good timing belt.
The timed decks are the worse thing ever to be done to a mower.

One thing you can do is put a bigger stronger spring on the idler pulley.
