2003 Scag 48" Hydro Walk Behind Deck Settings

I just recently purchased a 2003 scag walk behind hydro. What deck settings should I be using. I know there are multiple adjustments (blade shims, pitch, caster spacers). I was also wondering what type of blades would be best. My grass is fescue/bluegrass mix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As for the deck height settings, I would start making adjustments using the caster spacers, and if you need to make larger adjustments, use the other adjusters.
