my pto keeps cutting in and out, I replaced the pto switch today but it didnt fix the problem, wiring looks good, any suggestions please

Check the battery voltage with the clutch on and off.
If it is lower with the clutch on you have a charging problem.

Running.
Some clutches will cut out at low voltage to avoid drawing too many amps, some don't.
Most will not work under 10V, some will work as low as 6 V
