2000 Grasshopper 721 Hydrostatic Belts

What is involved in changing the Hydrostatic Belts for a 721 Kubota Gas. Currently when I first start out (Engine and Belts cold) going slow around obstructions the mower will jerk and continue jerking when trying to move forward until a higher speed is obtained. It will stop doing that once the Belts warm up. I was told by a Dealer that this is caused by the Belts.
 
Thanks for the parts breakdown. I was told I had to split the Hydrostats, I was looking for more information on what is involved in accomplishing this.
 
To change the belts all you have to do is loosen the tensioner and remove belts and put new ones on and tension.
