Engine 2-cycle Troybilt engine problems

I have a 2 cycle gas engine on my weedeater. After the start up and 5 to 10 minutes of running like a dream. The engine decides the it wants to die. Meaning the throttle chokes the engine. Any idea what could be the problem?(The gas to oil mix is as manufacture says)

Could be your fuel / air mixture. When it gets warmed up/hot, the air mixture could change. Most machines do not allow you to adjust the mixture but it can be done.
