Blades 1994 Powr Kraft 18HP/42” mower blades

I have a 1994 Powr Kraft 18HP/42” mower. Looking for advice on replacement blades it has a bagger attachment. Info. On mulching vs. high lift blades do they make a universal good for both uses? Also do the blades turn clockwise, or counterclockwise rotation?
 
Any disadvantages on using high lift bagger blades when mowing without bagging?

Can you bag grass with mulching blades?

It does not have Top Mulching Baffle or Side Mulching Baffle installed.\
