In addition to my 2164 Cub Cadet, Honda 3011, Jacobsen Park 30, and Cub Cadet self-propelled, I have adopted (for a $75.00 fee from the lawnmower haven) a 727 Broadmoor. The Briggs engine seems to run fine, and it needs the following things taken care of:Drive belt
Deck spindles
Blades
A few more TIG patches on the deck, or a new deck:licking::laughing::tongue:
New bearings in the front wheels
A new (used, I'm sure) front hubcap
General clean-up and detailing, of course
Anyhow, if someone out there in LMF knows a good source for this vintage Simplicity stuff, please advise me. In my copious amounts of spare time and extra money:laughing::wink: I'd like to bring this nicely made artifact back from the disabled list. I'll post a photo or two as time wears on.
