1974 John Deere 112

The belt that runs directly behind the right side access panel on my lawn tractor has snapped. I have a replacement belt but I can't seem to find a diagram on how to run it through anywhere. Does anybody have suggestions?

John Deer have all of their operators manuals available on line and it should be in there.
I might guess that it is a model with a horizontal shaft Onan engine and you are talking about the short front PTO belt.
But for the sake of others who read this post we will need your engine make model & serial numbers to ensure what you are getting is accurate information.
OTOH you ca also download the JD technical manual which is the most detailed service manual ever printed but like all good things, it is not free but will pay for itself 10 time over.
