Repairs 1545 Part Number

I have a JD 1545 and blew the hydraulic hose that lifts and lowers the front mower deck. The hose is the center back hose in the attached photo and it starts inside the steering column and goes down and alongside the right side of the mower as you're sitting in the chair. I have called a few online parts companies to order a new hose but no one knows exactly which hose it is. Apparently I need to order a special hose removal tool JDG1386 too. Can anyone tell me the correct hose and part number to order?

sounds like you need #5 (if you can get the other end loose, Deere almost always has the part number stamped into the crimp, or on a aluminum tag
on the hose)
