That is a bit of bad luck.
Flywheels do not usually do that unless they have been pounded on with a hammer or yanked on too hard with a 2 leg puller.
The other biggie is racers who over rev they are only balanced to low revs.
At 150 hours I doubt it will be a warranty item but if you are the original owner it is worth a try
