yes, in general, you turn the thumbscrews in until the seat lightly, then back them out 1 to 1 1/2 turns out, then start the engine, that should be close enough to keep it running, then you turn the high speed screw {bottom} in until it runs good, then idle the engine to slow, then adjust the other one until it runs good, then speed back up and readjust. Clockwise means leaner/less fuel, ccw means richer/more fuel.
