10323 governor

Put on new governor spring and rpm adjustment is fine. Get in high grass and it bogs instead of stabilizing rpms.

Hi Frank,

I tried taking a picture of my 10323 Lawn-Boy, but my camera doesn't take close ups well. So I'll try via text,,,the long part of the J bend on the governor spring needs to feed through the square hole on the governor. Also make sure to clean the carb and make sure the governor shaft rotates freely.
