Got the coil in the mail today and installed it. It works again, thanks for the help all.

Cooling fins look ok, but the magnets could be worn also. I already ordered the coil so ill let you guys know if the problem is fixed after I get it.

I was able to reduce the size, its not as clear though to see the detail. There is a 9419P stamped on the plastic cover part plus a tiny B&S logo on one side with the number 9.
