Thank you for the quick reply. There's oil in it. Spraying gumout in the carb didn't do it. The tank has more Mechanic in a Bottle than it should. I dumped in 2 OZ and then realized I don't want a full tank if I have to take it to the shop. Would that have an impact?

Hi All I'm not a mechanic. My 16 year old Briggs 123K02-0541-E1 suffered decaying RPM and quit. It had been starting with two pulls. It's getting spark. Air filter is clean. I removed and cleaned the carburetor with gumout. Added new fuel and there's fuel in the bowl. I don't see a fuel...
