Sounds like you have a meter. Follow the 12.4 voltage line and see where it stops. Seat switch? A random break in the wire? Did the PTO Clutch come off the mower underneath?

I committed to the Wix 51516xp as it has a better construction and the thicker Synthetic media should give maximum flow. I also found the standard 51516 has a Bypass pressure of 16lbs. While the 51516XP has same as Kawasaki @ 8-11. This is a 51515xp however it has the same construction.
