Never use starting fluid it drys out any lubricants in the cylinder use carburetor cleaner or brake cleaner spray. Oil 5w 30 in winter. Other info about the choke is correct.

Hi Folks, New here. The flywheel on 16hp has a felt/straw like material between the magnets, is it a must, some fell out. The magnets look like they are just glued in, any suggestions, advice? My thanks in advance, Tumbleweeds
