D125 drive belt tension? Had new drive belt put on. After one use, the belt is no longer tight enough to drive. Can the belt be tightened by me or do I need to bring it back to Deere? ( drive belt, not deck belt)

Mower not moving in forward or reverse. Transmission rod is working but the clutch idler rod is not engaging the clutch pulley.I see no movement in the clutch rod and can't see where the rod attaches to the forward/reverse peddle even when I turned the whole thing over.
