Whenever I try to clean or rebuild the carb. on any small engine, and it does not run correctly, I jump on ebay and buy a new one for $15. It saves you time and money. Don't throw away your old one though; you can use it for parts one day!

I just picked up a brick top Model 5024, D engine, and pulled the flywheel off to check points and coil ... upon replacing everything I noticed the governor springs drops down through a slot in the framework of the mower, (closed boxed end) but it does not connect to anything. What part am I...
