Why no forum for Ryobi ??

We have a forum for electric and battery powered equipment. Not opposed to adding a main subsection for those brands. I personally have a Ryobi battery powered mower that I bought for $75 on clearance. It gets the job done but the battery life is pretty short, not even enough to do the front...

    I need help

Thanks for the info. I will talk to our ad managers and disable a few of the ads. Personally I'm not seeing any screen takeovers or anything that overlaps the screen as you mentioned @bertsmobile1. Will try to get this sorted out by tomorrow some time.

Can we try to keep this on topic? Discussing battery powered equipment vs discussing the politics behind mandates, etc. Why are people bringing vaccines into this thread? Funny comments but off topic. 😅

Is electric the way to go now?

As one of the resident Californians here, I can tell you that according to a recent bill passed in July of 2022, gas powered OPE is scheduled to be banned by 2024. The state is suppose to come up with a plan to eradicate all of it, which would mean trade-in programs, buybacks, whatever. Knowing...

Is electric the way to go now?

@smhardesty Yeah. The cost increase is going to be significant and nobody is going to pay for it other than homeowners. I was looking at the stats and the electric mower market is already $5 billion a year, mostly walk behinds. I personally don't mind the electric walk behinds but the bigger...

Is electric the way to go now?

This is where I'm at as well. Living in the suburbs, I don't want to deal with gas powered equipment although I do make an exception for my Stihl 194t chainsaw. I don't really need that much power for occasional limbing and would be totally fine with a Milwaukee fuel chainsaw 9/10 times but it's...

Ezoic runs our dns and ads so that's why you're getting that. We are testing scripts that manage the other scripts, if that makes any sense. We've been tweaking it to try to get the perfect balance. Is the site working as normal for you?

Would you buy the same mower again?

Definitely words of wisdom in your post. Big box products are very rarely built to stand the test of time. I remember buying a poulan chainsaw at a big box about 20 years ago. It had a 20" bar but right out of the box couldn't cut anything really. I swapped that out for a 16" Oregon and had...
