    Changing Transaxle Oil

If its working great, I personally would leave it. When it starts going a little bit slower or starts Slipping, then change it 👍🏼. If it ain't broke, DON'T "fix" it 🙅🏼‍♂️. I've learned that the hard way lol, my curiosity kills me.😑

    Changing Transaxle Oil

We need more information. Changing the fluid could either be beneficial or could reduce the life, but it depends. Age, brand, wear and condition, what do you use it for, etc. Its quite a bit of work for what it's worth.

    Broke my mower, dang!

Ok, I get that. I guess I'll help ya. Do you have a multimeter? Do you have any electrical experience? If you could find the model number of the mower or/and upload some pics that would be a good start.

    Broke my mower, dang!

I bet you blew a fuse or blew some part of the electrical system. Not worth fixing IMO. Go get a gas mower, unless you're a tree hugger🙄. My Honda HR215 hit a metal screw-in stake for the dogs and it simply shredded it and tossed it into the bagger like it was nothing! Couple dings on the blade...

    20 HP Wierd oil leak

I say drain the oil because it sounds like gas got into your oil. Replace with some 20W50. That should fix it.

    20 HP Wierd oil leak

Ohh its one of those, I've got one Just like that. 1. Is the oil overfilled at all? I use some heavier oil because these engines are so old and mine has low compression. How much oil is coming out? It is normal for a mist to come out.

Craftsman (Cub Cadet) tiller won't start

While you're waiting, you can check for a sheared flywheel key. This will cause the coil to spark at the wrong time and won't ever start. You could also put the old coil back on and disconnect the wire coming off it. It might start...

Briggs knocking and low on power.

If it were me, I would take everything apart down to the piston head to see if somethings got in there, and the piston is crushing it. If not, it could be something loose like the carb I would guess since it's low on power.

Briggs knocking and low on power.

Is anything tapping the flywheel? It could be under it.

Craftsman (Cub Cadet) tiller won't start

The coil could be bad since you've already replaced the sparkplug. Disconnect the kill wire to see if it's grounding out. Test for spark too.

  25. Craftsman Garage

Craftsman (Cub Cadet) tiller won't start

It is probably a clogged carburetor or no spark. Clean carb and test for spark. Does it run for a little bit with a little bit of gas poured into the carb?

Yes, sometimes have been able to bypass the broken compression release with a new, stronger battery. It won't fix the broken camshaft though.

    Valve Adjustment Question

I always adjust Phillips when the one valve is fully open end of the other is closed and loose. Adjust the loose one, then turn over and adjust the others. When you're all done, crank the engine a few times, and check the gap again, this "breaks in the gap". Adjust again if needed. Pro tip: I...
