    Fuel filter suggestion?

Thanks again. I had no clue. You're the only person that I've ever seen mention that type. For anyone else wondering, this shows removal:

    Fuel filter suggestion?

Wow. I haven't heard of that. Could you point me to an example?

    Fuel filter suggestion?

The B&S engine on my Toro mower keeps dying after a couple seconds so I was going to clean out the carb and install a fuel filter. Which type should I use? The large red or white flat disc looking one, like the B&S part, or the clear cylinder shaped with one pointed end types? Or are they all...

    Recycler won't stay running

I've tilted it both ways, but there is no oil on the air filter. I haven't tried running it with the air filter off. Right now, I still have the carb taken apart.

    Recycler won't stay running

I bought a used ~3 year old Toro 21465 walk behind mower that has trouble staying running. I took the carb apart once before and it looked clean and let the gas tank/line drain out, and it seemed to run fine until I tilted it sideways to remove grass from underneath. It seems very sensitive to...

Toro push mower won't stay running

Thanks. Any tips on cleaning it? I don't have an air compressor. Or should I just buy a new one?

Toro push mower won't stay running

I bought a Toro mower that's only a couple years old from someone who said it wouldn't start, but I got it started just by removing the air filter and using some starting fluid. I've used it a few times since then, but recently when I was mowing, it kept getting bogged/dying down in some...

Grass gets past hole by transmission - missing plate?

I have a Craftsman 917.375500 that is barely pulling itself and won't pull uphill. There's a plastic cover over the pulley and that area instantly fills up with grass (and blows some out of it since the cover doesn't fit tightly), so I'm wondering if that's aftecting it. I know I should try a...

    Self propelled gears not engaging

I meant to reply to this earlier, but I replaced both gears awhile back and it didn't fix the problem. I'm guessing the only way to fix it would be to remove everything and heat the bracket that holds the drive gear so I can bend it towards the wheel gear a little. BTW, the gears I received...

I'm using Brave (Chromium based, same as what Chrome uses) and it's also very slow. Each page takes around a minute to load.

    Self propelled gears not engaging

I guess I'll order new drive gears. I doubt they'll last very long though. The problem is they're too far from the wheel gear, which is how they ended up worn out to begin with, as there isn't enough contact area, and they're just riding on the the peaks of the gear. Then once it slips, it ends...

    Self propelled gears not engaging

My Craftsman mower is rear wheel drive and has a Honda engine. It's about 6 or so years old. There are two metal gears that are supposed to mesh together to drive the wheels. One is a larger gear attached to the wheel hub. The other is a smaller one that is attached to the drive axle. The drive...
