Back before stens raised the amount needed for free shipping I would use a case of oil or a shop pack of plugs but with the new amount I don't even try for free shipping. Customers just get $15 added on to the bill.

Get some "The Right Stuff". It is better than RTV silicone sealants. Be sure surfaces are clean and oil free. Appy a liberal bead to the cover and install and thread bolts down till they SLIGHTLY compress the sealant. Wait about an hour then torque the bolts down.

Stens now carries Torch plugs. Funny how most common Champ plugs there have been out out stock for over a year. Anything with a torch plug that comes in the shop gets replaced.

I cut a Q tip in half and chuck it in a drill and put some toothpaste on it and use that to polish the seat. Haven't changed one in years.

The last church A/V install I did used a pair of 80" Sony TVs. What a PITA!!!. All they want is to send graphics from a computer. If the TV is not on wifi internet you can't get past the startup screen looking for wifi. Took half hour just to get past all the BS. New TVs are a POS.
