Fairbanks - Morris were big into making magnetos.. Very good quality.

Loc-Tite breaks down around 400*... Just saying..

Here's all you'll see of mine when mowing...

For my batteries, I use these remote leads, cost like $3.00 with fusible link.

No use for snow, had my fill as a kid.

Bert- was it an RV camper ? I got a panel truck, just not gonna sleep in it with temps in the almost 100*'s out there. And for all my stuff, I would need LARGE truck, then I don't wanna put my house furniture & bed etc in it.. But good idea.

Likely to be in between places in due time, gotta find a safe storage place to keep my mowers & shop stuff. This would be temporary till I can get a piece of land prepped & add a house & shop. (That's the plan anyhow),.

Book & under my seat are tire air specs. 25 F 8 R Works for me. Also changing tire air pressures does change blade height accordingly as well.

Cool, mowing in suit & tie.. & what looks to be "crop dusting"..

Weird that the nut is still on, think that would have prevented it from falling out or off.. Definite wear pattern around the 1-3/8" point from bolt head.

When it warms up the idler pulley side play is all but gone tho,..

Thanks, I did that today after mowing a small portion, , All 3 idlers bearings seems similarly warm, but not hot,., And the side play was very less noticeable, than when checked cold. Mower ran great.

I think in todays world, many places don't care anymore.. Used to be a Pride in workmanship.
