Fixed. Problem was valve rocker arm was bent. It would lock up on other valve and cause not enough compression to start mower. Fires right up and runs like new again now. Thanks for all the help from everybody.

No smell of gas in oil. The spark is bright white/blue and can be see fine outside in the light. Plug is not wet when I pull it out. I turned it over quite a few times with plug out to check for flooding. I even cleaned to threads well to make sure the plug grounded. Tried spraying started fluid...

Would you know the socket size. I can't find it with google. The part is 690662 Looks close the 21mm but just a guess.

I doubt it as it worked fine before I put it away. Maybe though. I never hit anything. The blade spins freely and no play with the fan on top. Not a mark on the cutting blades. I would check but I don't have a 21mm socket or which ever one fits it. If it can get one I will check though. Thank...

Tried two plugs. Same results. Will check the valves next. I just adjusted the valves on an old t1000 riding mower. Compression was fine at 45 or 50 I think. Thanks for throwing ideas out there.

Still nothing. Sprayed on hole. Tried and not even one pop. Pulled plug again and it is sparking. I don't get it. Oil level is good just in case there was a oil level kill switch.

Unplugged and still nothing. When I pull out plug and pull I get a very strong spark with the plug resting against the mower. Could it still be the ignition coil if i get good spark? I tested with 2 plugs with same results.

Good spark. Sprayed starter fluid in carb and still not trying to start. Safety handle pulled and working correctly. Compression OK. Worked fine one week and next time I went to use I get nothing. What's next to try? Thanks in advance for any help. CRAFTSMAN M220 150-cc 21-in Gas Push Lawn...
