Posted earlier about mower not moving. Here and other places I got the suggestion to replace the belts again as they may have been cheap and already failed. "Old" belt was already frayed on the inside but not obviously stretched. Ordered an official belt and put it on today. Mower now moves but...

I have a Toro LX420 that will barely move. Last season it got where it would not go up even a slight hill so I put all new belts on it. After that it was great for about 4 cuts, then it started getting worse again. Now I can barely get it to move a foot. The pedal goes all the way down and still...
