    Snap-on, Mac etc are great tools if your making a living with them & Harbor Freight can compare with the "Yugo" per say. But there are great in-between tools, Craftsman is just one for example.

    How long does the battery last in months/years & what is the cost of a replacement battery? Usually the replacement battery is almost as much as the tool.

    Used oil

    Way back in the day a "magazine tip" was to dig a 3ft hole next to the your house foundation,fill about 6in with gravel, 3ft PVC pipe to pour old oil. They claimed "will water proof & bug proof foundation", go figure" ????

    stump grinder

    Well, I bought my Power King 803 14 HP Kohler 12" cutting wheel stump grinder last month, $1700. Removed 5 stumps so far. I figure it will pay for it self in a few more stumps.

    Husqvarna Chainsaw Wire

    My 350 has a two wire "harness". the long blue wire goes from the coil male spade to the red kill switch & the black wire goes to the coil ground bolt & is connected/soldered to that same blue wire. Now there is a short 6 inch black wire that comes off that male spade on top of the "Z" cut off...

    There's a single black wire (not the black one that is part of the blue kill switch wire) that's connects to the male spade terminal on the top of the of the kill switch "Z" on my 350 I know it's probably a ground wire, but where does the other end connect in order to ground? I would think...

    Older vs new Snapper Lawn mower

    There's a idler pulley on the "trans/diff" that gets lose or there's a bearing that goes bad & the belt lose's all tension. Problem is no one seems to have a "fix" (diagram, part #, etc) for this pulley.

    350 Wiring

    Can anyone tell me where the all wire's connect from the coil & off switch on my 350 Husqvarna chainsaw? I can't find a new harness either, the old harness is history! so the only option is making one. Any info would be appreciated.

    stump grinder

    Anyone have any suggestions for a homeowner buying a stump grinder? Make, price, etc? I have about 3 acre's with some trees that have to come down & the stumps must go. Paying to have them removed vs buying one would be off setting & I'd have it or sell it in the end. Most of the stumps are 18"...

    No Compression

    My 2cyc Husqvarna 350 chainsaw goes through pistons & cyl every year. With that said pull the head, check/replace the exh valve, check the cyl wall for scores. Replace the cyl & piston. BTW my problem might be I've been replace my cyl/piston with cheap "China" ebay stuff. Next time I'll get OEM...

    None ! They stink, smoke, Their a PITA to start. Bigger PITA mixing gas/oil & keeping track of the cans via ratio's. The one improvement some made is the electric start with a drill

    Edelbrock Electric Fuel Pump For IS3000Z

    The only issue I see with the electric pump is to much fuel pressure. I believe a 12v pump auto carburetor is around 15lbs Of course you can install a regulator. Just looked at that Edelbrock pump. I'd try it!!

    No Compression. 7000 Series Kohler Vtwin.

    Fresh sealant on the valve covers ,could be someone installed new exhaust valves & didn't set the them. Just a guess.
