I too have a BG50.I also have only used trufuel,for every 2 cycle with no problems.But I may give Opti 2 a try.

I've got the MS 170.A good saw for novices like me.But using that jig has me wary.Although I've yet to use the saw since "trying" to sharpen it.What do y'all think about the 2-in-1?

Answer:Took it to the dealer,told them the problem.That was Mon. May 15.I'm thinking I'd have it back Fri. or Sat.Called me Tues.It was ready.Just needed to adjust the carb.Best $10 I ever spent.

Hey all,new dilemma.Lately my "stick" has developed an attitude.As I am using her to weed eat,she'll cut off like it ran out of gas.This happens after about a good 10-15 mins in.Fuel filter is ok,new plug & air filter.Have ALWAYS used tru fuel in it.Sounds like a carb issue?

My Lawnboy 10330 has been acting up lately.I use it for my flat backyard.So i'm using the Husqy.Adjusting/lowering the height is whew!!! Lowering the front wheels,you pull the adjusters towards the rear.Adjusting/lowering the rear wheels,you push to the front.Gotta get that Lawnboy straight,but...

I'm having trouble getting replies on this.I have a B&D LHT 2436 hedger for 3yrs now.Time to get it sharpened.CORRECTLY.Are there places that are B&D authorized to sharpen these tools? Or do I buy new one?

I have FS 56 as well.I see you said you put gasoline in.Did you mix it 50:1? I personally use Trufuel.Pre mixed with 93 NON ethanol fuel.Costs more but it's recommended.No muss,no fuss.Pour and go.I also prefer Husqvarna Titanium line.Size.95.You should do well with this combo.

Hi all.Last Sat 6/25/22,i brang home my moms TB110 push mower.Practically brand new.Well i couldn't get it started with new oil and fresh gas.Just would not turn over.Had to undo cord to get it folded.Get home to see what's wrong, now it won't pull.Hadn't even done the carb-cleaning yet.Any help?

I actually read every word AND understood it all.Some of it,a little overkill in my case, non commercial or super large acreage,but sticking with the SAE 30.Thank you sgkent for that good lesson.Much obliged.

I recently order some SAE 30 oil for my lawnmowers.It's B&S 4 cycle for small engines.I thought lawn mowers were 2 cycle.Is this okay to use?

Since it only happens when fueled,could it be THAT particular fuel? Try a different gas station.
