Update, taking Rivets advise, I replaced the drive belt, two pulleys and the idler arm tension spring. The Timecutter now drives around like it did when it was brand new. Thank you again Rivets for taking the time to respond to my initial question.....

I have a 10 year old Z5035 Timecutter model # 74376 that has preformed flawlessly. Recently the left/right turns have started to become more strained (as if a drive belt was slipping). The turning becomes much more labored when I am at a stop or going slow more so that if I am moving a few MPH...
