I have been considering a robot mower for my garden - with an area under trees
i was at the kingsbridge show today , and they had a stand for robot mowers autocut the company and they are exclusively Husqvarna and robots only
They seemed to know a lot and answered questions which i knew some of the answers as i have been looking at it for a few years now
i have done a bit of research - mapped my garden on one of the lawn mapping sites
400 square meters
100m perimeter
we discussed satellite/wifi etc and with tree cover talked about a wire and how it would go around trees and a flower bed
They put a 3.5mm perimeter cable into the ground , i think he said quite deep and program the machine to go over up to the edge
and also have a machine that does edge cut - and showed me some on the stand
just wondered views here , before i get the full sales hype talk next week
