Hi all, I have a 1991 Honda HR 215 lawn mower that has been a fabulous machine. Unfortunately it currently will not shut off using the normal throttle lever control. The cable appears to move fine but a control arm with a spring on will not go all the way forward to shut the engine off...

Just curious if anyone has tried the newer Briggs and Stratton Fuel Additive (has stabilizer in it as well). I found an ethanol free pump about 10 miles from me and I am going to try that this season. It's 90 Octane but I think s/b fine in my old Honda lawnmower. Out of an abundance of caution...
