I completely understand what you are saying Mark. However, let's see if this makes sense tho. You have two filters, and filters will get dirty and not do their jobs anymore. Further more, this is a fill plug on both plus a plug on the side. So if these are non-serviceable as you mentioned...

I was driving my new ztr (2021 Hustler DX Raptor) today. Came to a stop for a lunch break and noticed that both my by-pass values where open. I mean the ztr ran like normal. But anyway consulted the book and pushed them both back in, and drive off. Did I hurt the transmission? Thanks Dan
